Summary
STN takes HCY to Guangzhou. LQS followed him, sent by Nanjing. WRL is selling tungsten sand to the Germans (Hans) but it is discovered and confiscated from the train and sent to Guangdong customs, where STN took ownership and attempted to renegotiate the sale with Hans. While the negotiations are proceeding, WRL manages to steal away the tungsten ore from the customs compound and onto ships to complete his deal with Hans.
